Welfare Cleaner A welfare labourer is required to work on across 3 busy new build construction site. Keeping clean all office cabins meeting rooms and welfare areas including toilet block and canteen. This position involves spending some time in each of three site Great Dunmow, little Dunmow and Takeley in Essex. The candidate should be able to travel between all three site by car or motorbike. Cleaning items provided by site team. The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. CSCS usually required, however it is desirable but currently not mandatory. *We are a Subcontractor with no agency involvement and we do not use umbrella companies.* Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Telehandler Operator CPCS Blue or NPORS with CSCS logo required for busy house builders in Norfolk Pay rate: £20.00 + per hour Paid direct CIS, you will be required to fill in a time sheet and provide an invoice on a weekly basis.
